Dr Dean Conrad

Dr Dean Conrad is a highly experienced and skilled obstetrician and gynaecologist with over 15 years of expertise. Renowned for his compassionate approach and dedication to women’s health, he specialises in advanced minimally invasive pelvic surgery. His areas of expertise include managing complex conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, and pelvic floor dysfunction, including non-mesh options for managing urinary incontinence.  

Dr Conrad completed his medical training at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), followed by specialist training at St George and Royal Women’s Hospitals. To further enhance his expertise, he undertook a prestigious two-year Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery (AGES) Society fellowship in minimally invasive pelvic surgery at the Sydney Women’s Endosurgery Centre (SWEC). He is also a conjoint lecturer at UNSW and serves as a training supervisor for the Sydney Minimally Invasive Gynaecological Surgery (SMIGS) Unit, mentoring the next generation of specialists.

Dr Conrad is a passionate advocate for empowering women with knowledge and options.
